One-on-One Coaching

This is your chance to get a completely customized road-map to health, developed with your health history, lifestyle, desires and specific goals in mind.


First, you will have to schedule your first free session to have Health History session with me. I will assess your current diet, lifestyle, concerns, and goals, and put together a plan to address and reverse your concerns and reach your goals. All plans are designed to help you create healthy habits that stick, as painlessly as possible. We will then schedule follow up every two weeks meetings to review goals from previous meeting, all the progress made, concerns, to troubleshoots any problems and then set other goals. You will be held accountable to your goals and commitments, and given the support and guidance you need to follow through. I will provide you with various handouts, meal plans, recipes, and tailored recommendations.

The coaching program run for 6 months. Because we believe it is an optimum duration while people bring in new habit into their life and sustain it for a long term. This program goal is to develop healthy eating and lifestyle habits that actually stick . Sessions are conducted via phone, Skype, or Facetime – so we can work together no matter where we are in the world.
